Wow! I still can't believe it's 2013! Since I last posted we have moved to another city, I've painted my kitchen cabinets, created my own cookbook, and wrote and published my first young adult novel! Whew!
Yet, with all I have accomplished the last couple years, I have still yet to shrink to the denim size I desire. This is certainly not for lack of trying, but for some reason no matter what I do or try my body has decided to stick around the same size.
I do workout after workout and I notice I am stronger and feel so much better, but my waistline doesn't change one bit. I eat raw food, cooked food, low carb, no carb (almost), wheat free, gluten free, juicing, smoothie days, and all for nothing! Anything I try is either too strict and unsustainable to do long term, or it doesn't bring about any results or the results are temporary.
So, this year I am bound and determined to solve this dilemma! What do you do when you think you have tried it all, and nothing works? I am committed to solving this problem and sharing my results with you. I have already devised my plan, and am in the process of testing it. I can't wait to see the results and share what I have learned with you!
