Better Body Challenge to Finally Lose the Weight!!!



Okay, so my starting weight was 213 lbs, and I have already lost 10 lbs since July. So that puts me at 203lbs. That first 10 lbs took sooooo long to lose! But I am ready to step it up and really work hard (yep, ya gotta work for it people). So my first goal is to fit in to my jeans that I fit into before I got pregnant with my last baby. I think they were a size 18/20. (Non stretchy type material, just so you know.) I think I was about 195 or 196, but I think I can fit into the jeans snugly at 198/199, so my first goal is to get to at least 199 by Christmas Day. So 4 lbs. to lose. So I have 8-9 days to lose 4 lbs, which is maybe asking too much, but I think since I will be doing a juice feast this weekend to let my system rest and pump up the nutrition before the Christmas cookies come rolling out, I will be able to do it. If you are wondering why I am not wearing a bikini or something like that it is because I don't even own a bikini and I am very modest anyway. Kind of a religious thing. Also I have stretch marks that would make a blind man run for the hills!!! : ) I just decided to wear a shirt that is tight on me now, and will hopefully be loose on me very soon!
